The process

Five steps to submit

1. 1

   Create a free account

   Register in a couple of minutes and verify your email address. Your account is where you draft, save and submit entries — and where we notify you about your results.

   Choose your category and subcategory

   Pick the category that best fits your project, then the subcategory that describes it most precisely. You can submit up to 5 entries per category.

3. 3

   Fill in the entry details

   Tell us about the job: the press it ran on, materials, finishing techniques, print run and completion date. You can save a draft and come back at any time.

4. 4

   Upload your work

   Upload 3 to 8 photos of the finished piece (JPG or PNG, up to 10MB each) in one zipped folder, plus one video upload showing the piece in use or in detail.

5. 5

   Write your entry brief

   In 200 to 1,200 words, cover the concept, the objective and the end use. Explain how HP digital print technology made the project possible — and what it delivered for your client.
