Entry guidelines
Everything you need to know before you enter.
1. Eligibility
Open to print service providers (PSPs) operating in the Americas region. The primary or major component of the entry must be printed on an HP Indigo or HP PageWide press.
2. Entry limits
Up to 5 entries per category per organisation. Each entry may enter one category only.
3. Reclassification
Entries may be moved to another category at the judges' discretion.
4. Client consent
Client consent must be granted for an entry to be considered. Winners are shared online via social media and the website.
5. AI use
You may use AI for data, dieline, strategy, or artwork used to create the printed piece — tick the AI Application attribute. AI-generated artwork of the printed piece itself is not accepted.
6. Submission
Submit online by January 11, 2027. Late entries may be ineligible.
7. Images
3 to 8 JPG or PNG files, up to 10MB each, supplied in one zipped folder.
8. Video
One video file upload.
9. Entry brief
200 to 1,200 words.
10. Physical samples
Finalists bring or send 3 finished print samples to Edge Charlotte: by February 28, 2027 in person, or by FedEx by February 24, 2027 (drop-off location to be confirmed). Samples may be mounted on card, or supplied as individual pieces or products.
11. Attendance
Finalists must be present at Edge Charlotte on March 1, 2027 to receive their physical award. A representative may attend on their behalf.
12. Judging
A panel of industry, media, brand, and design experts judges every entry on six criteria. Judging completes January 22, 2027. Scoring scale to be confirmed.
13. Results
Finalists are notified by January 29, 2027. Award decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Use of entries
Submitted images, videos, and project information may be used in promotional material for this event by Dscoop and HP.
